Transition Coaching.

Support for people in the middle of a life transition, chosen or not.

A career change. The end of a relationship. A loss. A relocation. Or the quieter version: the sense that something in your life has run its course and you haven't yet figured out what comes next. Transitions are disorienting because the old map stops working before the new one is available. That gap is where I work.

THE WORK

A thinking partner for the hard conversations.

What I bring is IO Psychology training, which means I understand how people move through change at an organizational and individual level, and a practice-side capacity for sitting with the hard versions of these conversations without rushing toward resolution.

I'm not your therapist, and I'll tell you when I think you need one. What I am is a thinking partner who will stay in the room with the difficult question and help you find direction without flattening the experience into productivity tips.

Structure is useful in transitions, not as a way to avoid the feeling but as a way to give it somewhere to go. We build clarity about what matters, what's actually in the way, and what the next real step is. Not a five-year vision board. A genuine next step.
