MIND & BODY

Coaching.

Built on psychology, and on understanding yourself before you try to change anything.

Psychology is the thing I keep coming back to: how people think, what actually motivates them, how they learn, and why they do the same thing again after deciding not to. I hold a master's in industrial-organizational psychology, and I have spent years since reading across the field and testing it against my own life. Out of that I built the Self Model, my own map of the layers of a person, what your past put there, what your environment keeps reinforcing, and what sits at the center driving it. It is research-backed and lived-experience-backed, and it is where the coaching starts, because the patterns you never examine are the ones running you. From that understanding the work goes to the two hardest things anyone faces: a transformation you have chosen, or a transition you are in the middle of.

WHERE TO START

Understand yourself first. Then change what you decided to change.

This is not a plan handed to you off a shelf. I want to know what makes you tick, what is actually unique about your situation, and what you would not have surfaced on your own. I coach a small number of people at a time and new spots go through the waitlist. If this describes the work you want to do, put your name down.
