PILLAR THREE OF THREE

Coaching.

Personal, one to one, wherever you are in life.

I would not be where I am without the mentors, coaches, and people who supported me along the way, physically, mentally, and professionally. That support changed my life, and it is a big part of why I do this. My real passion is helping other people the same way, wherever they happen to be. Coaching is where that gets personal, one to one, and it takes three forms: becoming the best version of yourself, moving through a hard transition, and understanding who you actually are.

BRANCH 01

Transformation Coaching

Transformation is about always wanting to be the best version of yourself, and closing the gap between who you are and who you know you could be. That gap runs through everything: your mind, your identity, your habits, and your body. This is where my background lives most fully, IO Psychology and identity research, habit science, and years on the other side of it as a personal trainer, physique judge, and dance instructor. The psychological work and the physical work were never separate.

The sub-areas are Performance, Physical, Mental and Personal, and Executive. Most people here have been working hard at something and keep hitting the same ceiling, or they are starting something new and want to build it right from the ground up.

BRANCH 02

Transition Coaching

Transition is the hard part: moving through a life change, whether you chose it or it was forced on you. A career change, the end of a relationship, a loss, a move, or just the quiet sense that something has run its course. This is where the psychology matters most. Change and transition are genuinely difficult, and they are also manageable. With someone to support you, guide you, and give it some structure, the scary unknown of it gets a lot smaller.

The sub-areas are Personal, Professional, and Life, including end-of-life. We build clarity about what matters, what is actually in the way, and what the next real step is. Not a five-year vision board, a genuine next step. And it usually opens the door to the deeper question underneath it all.

BRANCH 03

The Self Model

Underneath transformation and transition is the same question: who are you, actually? The Self Model is my framework for answering it. Understanding who you are, how your past shaped you, the patterns and beliefs running under the surface, and the true self underneath all of it.

When you understand yourself, the direction you set finally fits, so the goals you chase and the life you build feel like yours and not someone else's. That is where real fulfillment comes from, and where your possibilities open up. It is a full model with its own stages and workbook, built from the best of modern coaching psychology.

WHAT'S NEXT

Transformation, transition, or the self underneath both.

Coaching is currently invitation-only as I focus on Zero and PDMA through 2026, but the waitlist is open for the right fit. If you want the building side of what I do, that lives one click away.
