MARKETING STRATEGY & SERVICES
Marketing, start to finish.
Get the basics working first. Then build the plan for what comes next.
Most marketing sold to small businesses starts with the expensive part. I go the other way. First I look at where you actually stand, then we get the foundation right: a website, a search listing, and a social presence that together make you look like a business worth calling. Once that holds, we talk about what you are trying to grow and build a plan to get there, whether that means paid ads, a commercial, or a jingle your town cannot forget.

HOW IT GOES
Strategy first, then the work.
Four steps, in this order. Skipping to the end is how businesses end up paying for ads that point at a website nobody trusts.
01
I look at where you actually stand.
Before anyone spends money, I go through what you have now: what someone finds when they search for you, what your competitors are doing, and where your customers are already coming from. You get a straight read, including the parts that are working fine and do not need me.
02
We get the basics working.
Most businesses do not need something clever. They need the fundamentals in place: a website that makes you look real, a search listing that shows up when someone nearby is ready to buy, and a social presence that proves the lights are on.
03
We talk about where you want to go.
Once the foundation holds, we get into the real questions. What are you trying to grow? What have you tried that did not work? When is your busy season, and what does a good month look like for you? The plan comes out of that conversation, not out of a template.
04
We build the plan to get there.
This is where the bigger moves come in: paid ads, a commercial worth watching, a jingle people repeat back to you. We pick the ones that fit your budget and your market, and we do them in an order that makes sense instead of all at once.
THE CORE
The three that have to be right.
Website, search, and social. These are not exciting, and they are the ones that cost you customers when they are missing. Here is why each one earns its place.
WEBSITE
The thing people check before they call you.
A site built around your business and what your customers already say about you. For most people it is the first place they go to decide whether you are worth calling.
69% of people say a local business needs a website to be credible, and 39% have decided against a business because it did not have one.

SEARCH
Showing up when someone is ready to buy.
Your Google listing, your reviews, and the words on your site, set up so you turn up when someone nearby searches for what you do. It is usually the cheapest customer you will get, because they were already looking for you.
71% of people use Google to read reviews about a local business, and 45% now ask AI tools like ChatGPT for a recommendation, up from 6% a year earlier.

SOCIAL
Proof that the lights are on.
Enough regular posting that anyone who checks finds a business clearly still running. It does not have to be constant. It has to be current.
30% of people check Facebook for local business information at least once a week.

THE NEXT LEVEL
Once the foundation holds.
This is the part most people want to start with. It works far better second, when there is somewhere solid for the attention to land.
PAID ADS
Buying attention, carefully.
Search ads put you in front of people who are already looking for what you sell. I start small, watch what a lead actually costs you, and scale only the parts that pay for themselves.
Across more than 20 industries, search ads average around an 8% conversion rate at roughly $67 per lead, though it swings widely by trade.
LocaliQ and WordStream 2026 Search Advertising Benchmarks, 23 industries, measured across LocaliQ-managed Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns. LocaliQ sells ad management.
VIDEO AND COMMERCIALS
A commercial you can actually afford.
AI tools have made a decent commercial cheap enough for a local business to run one. When a real shoot is the better call, we do that instead. The point is having something to put in front of people, not winning an award.
More than three in four people watch video content when they are looking into a local business.

JINGLE
Something people hum back to you.
A short sung line built around the phrase you want your town to remember. It runs at the front of your ads, on your hold music, and at the end of your videos. It is cheap to produce, it lasts for years, and very few local businesses I see are doing it.
Ads carrying consistent branded sound scored 17% higher recall on radio and 14% higher on podcasts.
Veritonic and Audacy, 113 ads and 330 consumers, 2023. Both companies sell audio advertising.
Ongoing service
Social media management.
A website reaches people already searching for your service, and social media puts you in front of the rest. Add daily posts and we keep your channels active without you having to touch them.
- Daily text + image posts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Captions and hooks written for the people who actually walk in.
- Content built from materials you send, or from the reviews and testimonials you already have.
- Cancel anytime, no penalty.
Base plan
Daily text + image posts, 3 platforms.
HOW I PRICE IT
You only pay for the parts you need.
I do not sell one package. The website runs at a flat monthly rate, social is its own monthly add-on, and the bigger pieces like ads, video, and a jingle get quoted per project once we know what you are going after.
If the assessment says your foundation is already fine, I will tell you that and we will skip straight to the plan. I would rather do one thing that works than sell you five that do not.
LET'S TALK
Not sure what your marketing actually needs?
That is what the first conversation is for. Tell me what your business does and what you are trying to grow, and I will give you a straight read on what is worth doing first.
