About

The same work, in different rooms.

Bodies, minds, businesses, books. I keep finding it is one job.

The work has always been the same. Help a person see what they can actually do, then build the structure that lets them do it. I used to think bodybuilding, coaching, psychology, and the businesses I am building now were separate lanes. They are not. They are the same job, in different rooms.

I am Zac Reichert. I grew up in Spokane, studied psychology, political science, philosophy, and a stretch of economics at Western Washington, and then earned my MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific. IO Psych taught me a useful frame: people do not change because they get more information; they change when the system around them changes. That is true on a stage, in a gym, in a marriage, and inside a small business that has been stuck for three years.

The credentials sit underneath the work, not above it. I am an IO practitioner, a personal trainer, a natural bodybuilder, and an NPC physique judge, which means I have spent years looking at human bodies and learning to see what the person on stage cannot. I teach dance, which means I have spent years watching people meet their own coordination, rhythm, and self-consciousness in real time. Judging and teaching share a muscle: pay close attention, name what is actually happening, and then say the one true sentence that helps.

I am not a developer. For a long time that felt like a wall. Then AI got good enough that the wall turned into a door. I now use AI as my execution layer, the way a builder uses a crew. The ideas are mine. The judgment is mine. The systems get built. That belief, that AI is the great equalizer for people with ideas and no code, is the spine of everything I am making.

What I am building forward lives under one roof called Zaceos. Realest PDMA, an AI social media operator for real estate agents, with PRO and Biz versions queued behind it. An AI strategy consulting practice for owners who know something has to change and do not know where to start. Local Web Builder for the businesses the web forgot. Evergreen Elementary, a children's book series. A book of my own, due in 2027. A coaching practice for people in transformation and transition, and for performers chasing a specific outcome, with the waitlist open through 2026. Freestylez for dancers. Cat Companion Academy, because a kitten arrives in May.

The through-line is the people. Everything else is just the room.
