About
I create things, and I help people.
Creating is the heart of it, and it always has been. Taking an idea and giving it real form, an app, a business, a book, a system, is where my energy and my sense of purpose come from. The other half is people. I coach and consult in the places where my perspective, my experience, and my background can genuinely help someone else move forward. Two sides of the same thing: a real fascination with how people and systems work, and a drive to help them work better.
My foundation is academic and deliberately broad: a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, built on an undergraduate mix of political science, philosophy, and economics. But my real education has always been hands-on. I have trained athletes, judged competition, taught movement, built businesses, and studied how people change. Everything I have picked up across those worlds points in one direction now: the people I get to work with.
That is what Zaceos is. Everything I have learned, pointed in one direction: helping people create what matters to them, and become who they know they can be.

THREE THINGS I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED
Learning, creating, and empowering people.
Zaceos is where they finally come together, not as three separate pursuits but as one body of work.
01 / LEARNING
Learning
I learn compulsively, and across subjects that are not supposed to connect. The interesting part has never been the facts. It is the moment a pattern from one field explains something in another, when sports psychology makes sense of a business problem, or habit science explains why a workflow keeps failing. I collect ideas so I can connect them.
02 / CREATING
Creating
I have always wanted to make things. The bottleneck was never imagination, it was execution. I am not a developer, and for years that meant most of what I dreamed up stayed in a notebook. That changed. Now I build applications, systems, businesses, and books, and the ideas finally get to exist in the world.
03 / EMPOWERING
Empowering
Underneath all of it is people. I have trained bodies, judged athletes, taught dancers, and studied how organizations and individuals actually change. The work I care about most is the work that leaves a person more capable than I found them.

BACKGROUND
How I got here.
I am Zac Reichert. As far back as I can remember I have needed to understand how things work: the world, people, and how all of it fits together. That is what pulled me into psychology, political science, philosophy, and economics at Western Washington, and then a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific. I was never really collecting subjects. I was chasing the connections between them.
What I love most is seeing the system underneath a thing, and pulling an idea from one world to solve a problem in another. That instinct is the throughline from the classroom to the gym to the stage to a business that has been stuck for years. The credentials sit underneath the work, not above it, and they all come back to the same thing: understanding people and systems well enough to help them, or to bring something new to life.
TRAINED IN
WHY NOW
Technology finally caught up to how I think.

For years the gap between what I could imagine and what I could make was the whole problem. AI closed it. It accelerates the work and organizes and aligns the moving pieces, and it takes the ideas I have always had and finally makes them buildable. The ideas and the judgment are mine. Now the things actually get made.
More than that, it is letting me bring ideas and people together in ways that were not possible before. Connecting knowledge across fields that never used to talk to each other, and connecting the people who need something with the things I can finally build for them. That is the part I am most excited about.
This is not a pivot. It is the same curiosity I have always had, now with the means to make it useful at scale. Everything I have studied, practiced, and built is worth more now that I can finally act on it. That is why now.
Zaceos is the culmination of everything I have loved doing, finally pointed in one direction.
