PILLAR TWO OF THREE
Consulting.
Helping organizations use AI without losing the people who use it.
I spent years in the consulting industry as an Organizational Effectiveness consultant, leading the people side of transformation across healthcare, biotech, government, and technology. I hold a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner credential, and Human-Centered Design training. I bring all of that to two kinds of work: helping a business get sharper and better organized, and helping organizations adopt AI in a way their people actually use.

BUSINESS CONSULTING
The non-AI side.
Making a business clearer, better organized, and ready to grow, whether you are a solopreneur building structure for the first time or an established company that has outgrown how it operates.
BUSINESS CONSULTING · 01
Business Strategy
For solopreneurs and small or growing companies that need a clearer plan and more structure around it. We work through your strategy end to end: what you actually sell, how you reach and market to the right people, how you price and package it, and how you grow without the whole thing depending on you.
It is strategy you can act on, built on the way your business actually works, not a deck that sits in a drawer.

Organizational Effectiveness
The services: change management, learning and development, leadership development, assessments, organizational design, and human-centered design.
In practice that means fixing how the work actually gets done, redesigning roles and decision rights, leading change so it sticks instead of stalling, and building people into the roles you need. Grounded in IO Psychology, competency modeling, and research-based methods.

Change management projects
Led the people side of change management projects across healthcare, technology, and government as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, using the ADKAR model.

AI CONSULTING
The same psychology, pointed at AI.
Three ways I help organizations actually get value from AI: knowing where to start, building the thing, and teaching people to use it.
AI CONSULTING · 01
AI Maturity Model & Strategy.
Ten dimensions. Three levels. Five stages. One honest map.
Most AI strategy stalls on the same problem: an organization cannot see itself accurately before it decides where to go. The AI Maturity Model is the instrument I use to fix that. The assessment pairs structured interviews, artifact review, and a calibrated survey to produce a maturity surface, not a score: where you actually are across all ten dimensions and three levels, plus a prioritized roadmap of what to move first, in what order, with named owners.

AI CONSULTING · 02
AI Services & Building
When the thing you need does not exist off the shelf, I build it: AI process automation, internal assistants, client-facing tools, and agents that own one specific job end to end.
Scoped to a real problem, tested against real cases, and shipped. This is where a strategy stops being a slide and becomes something running in production.
AI CONSULTING · 03
AI Learning & Training
The gap between buying AI tools and people actually using them is training. I help teams build real AI literacy: what these tools are good at, how to work with them, and how to fold them into the way the work already happens.
It is the difference between a workforce that is anxious about AI and one that is fluent with it, so adoption sticks instead of fading after the first demo.

THE PRACTICE
Talent MADE AI
All of the AI work runs on one framework: Management, Assessment, Development, Engagement. It is Industrial-Organizational Psychology applied to what AI actually changes inside an organization, people first and technology second.
Most AI consulting is technologists who picked up some change management. This is the inverse, a psychologist who learned the technology, so every recommendation has to survive a human reality check before it ships.
START THE CONVERSATION
Figure out the right starting point.
Whether that is the AI Maturity Model assessment, an Organizational Effectiveness engagement, business strategy, or a custom build, the fastest way to know is a conversation.
