This policy covers zaceos.com, operated by Zaceos in Seattle, Washington. It describes what information the site collects, where that information goes, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to separately operated products such as realestpdma.com, which carry their own terms.

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and which category your inquiry falls under. Nothing on this site collects payment details.

The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It sets no cookies for tracking purposes.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs are retained by our hosting provider on a rolling basis.

When you submit the contact form, your submission is delivered to our own automation server, which forwards it to our email inbox. Both are operated by Zaceos. Your submission is used to respond to you and for no other purpose.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions pass through Cloudflare infrastructure in transit. Cloudflare acts as a hosting processor and does not use your form data for its own purposes.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list. You will only hear from us in direct reply to what you sent.

Contact submissions are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to stays relevant, and then deleted. Hosting logs expire automatically on our providers’ standard rolling schedules.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Email zac@zaceos.com and we will handle it directly. If you prefer not to use the form at all, email works for everything the form does.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Meaningful changes will be stated plainly here, not buried.
