This work runs through every domain: mind, identity, habits, and the body. I draw on IO Psychology and identity development research, habit science, and years as a personal trainer, NPC physique judge, dance instructor, and competing natural bodybuilder. The psychological work and the physical work are not separate. They never were.

WHO THIS IS FOR

People who keep hitting the same ceiling.

Clients here are usually working hard at something, career, body, creative practice, habits, and keep arriving at the same ceiling. Or they're starting something new and want to build it from the ground up with the right architecture. Sometimes both.

The work is concrete. I will read your patterns, name what I see, and help you close the distance. I draw on parts work, identity development, values alignment, habit architecture, and the specifics of physique and movement coaching depending on what the person in front of me actually needs.

The things that stop people in the gym and on the stage are almost never just physical. Identity, the relationship between effort and worth, the script you run when no one is watching. Same questions, different venue. That's where I work.
