TWO OF TWO VALUES

Empowering.

One-to-one work with people ready for a real change.

Creating builds things. Empowering builds people. This is the half of my work that doesn't ship as a product, because the deliverable is the person on the other side of the conversation. I came to coaching the long way: a Master's in IO Psychology, a decade in enterprise change work, then years on the other end of it as a personal trainer, dance instructor, NPC physique judge, and competing athlete. Two parallel lives, one in the head and one in the body, both pointed at the same thing: helping people close the gap between where they are and where they know they could be. I work with two surfaces of that, Inner and Performance, but the methodology underneath them is identical. Real change. With someone in your corner. Drawing from what the research actually says works, not what sounds good on a billboard. The people I work best with already know they want to move. They need a framework and a partner. That's the job.

SURFACE 01

Inner Coaching

Inner Coaching is the work I do with people in motion. The clients I see here are usually inside a transition, chosen or imposed, and looking for a way through that doesn't require them to flatten the experience into productivity tips. Career pivots. Identity shifts. Layoffs and resets. The harder versions of the life-stage transitions that arrive on schedule and the off-schedule ones that don't. I draw from psychology in the academic sense, IO Psychology trained, and from the practice-side disciplines that actually do the work: parts work, integration practice for people coming back from psychedelic experiences, identity development, values alignment. I am not your therapist and I will tell you when I think you need one. What I am is a thinking partner who has done this with myself and with others, who will sit with a question longer than is comfortable, and who will not let you bullshit yourself about the easy answer when the harder one is available.

What this is not: a script. There is no twelve-step program here. Every engagement starts with a real conversation about where you are, what's actually in the way, and what change would mean if you got it. Some clients want weekly cadence. Some want intensives. Some want a single session to clear a specific decision. The shape follows the work, not the other way around.

SURFACE 02

Performance Coaching

Performance Coaching is the same person, same approach, applied to the body and the stage. Before any of this was a business it was just my life. Personal trainer. NPC physique judge. Dance instructor with years on the floor teaching and competing. Natural bodybuilder, on and off prep, for long enough to have opinions worth listening to. The clients here are people who already train, already perform, already compete, and want someone who can speak both languages: the psychology under why they show up, and the mechanics of what they do once they're there.

This work splits naturally into three modalities depending on what you're chasing. Dance Teaching for movers who want to deepen technique or build choreography that's actually theirs. Physique Arts Coaching and Judging for competitors who want a coach who has stood on both sides of the stage. Performance Coaching for anyone whose work is partly a performance, athletic, artistic, or otherwise, and who wants to be sharper inside that container. The Inner Coaching toolkit shows up here constantly, because the things that stop people in the gym and on stage are almost never just physical. Identity, fear, the relationship between effort and worth, the script you run when the room is watching. Same questions, different venue.

If you've spent any real time in the body, you already know the gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it. That gap is where I work.

WHAT'S NEXT

Same person, different domain.

Inner and Performance are two doors into the same room. Coaching is currently invitation-only as I focus on Zero and PDMA through 2026, but I'm keeping the waitlist open for the right fit. If you want the other half of what I do, the building side, that lives one click away.
